The Alumni Giving Back project has an advisory board consisting of professionals in education, the third sector and social innovation, plus alumni representatives and ESADE Alumni board members. The advisory board uses its experience to monitor and provide advice for the project’s main lines of action. It holds an annual meeting to review the performance of the previous year and plan the following year, and also to discuss its long-term outlook and its relationship with stakeholders outside ESADE.
Alumni Giving Back also has a management committee consisting of voluntary alumni who monitor the project’s everyday activities and ensure it runs smoothly in the short term. They meet once a month to plan, supervise and get directly involved in implementing the different activities under way. Another voluntary member of this committee is the academic director who coordinates everyone involved and all the project’s activities, and liaises between the Alumni Giving Back project and ESADE.
